Online Meal Application for Federal Benefits

This is a message from Putnam County Schools Child Nutrition Office. The purpose of this message is to notify families of students eligible for FREE or REDUCED priced meal benefits for the current school year (2021-21) AND for the summer months of 2021 when school is out of session. 

This summer, the U.S. Department of Agriculture may be offering more federal benefits (such as a P-EBT card benefit) helping families put food on the table for the summer months, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

If you have already completed an application earlier in this school year and were approved, you DO NOT need to complete another application. 

If you have not completed an application yet this school year, we invite you to complete an online meal application immediately by visiting

Please complete your meal application today if you believe your child would currently qualify for these benefits before the deadline expires on May 28, 2021.

Note: Students that attend Buffalo Elementary, Hometown Elementary, Poca Elementary, Rock Branch Elementary, or Lakeside Elementary do not have to complete the application form.
