Congratulations to Putnam County Schools 2024 Middle School Social Studies Fair Student Participants and County Winners!
On Thursday, February 29, George Washington, Hurricane, Poca, and Winfield Middle School students travel to Poca to compete for top honors and a chance to represent their school and Putnam County at the 2024 Regional Social Studies Fair.
This year’s fair included a total of 25 phenomenal projects in both the individual and group divisions. First-place division winners from each category will advance and attend the Region III Social Studies Fair on March 21, 2024, at 8:00 am in Charleston at the West Virginia Culture Center.
