The Family Care Bus will be providing FREE physicals to high school athletes May 6th, 13th and 16th. Your student must sign up in the main office for an appointment. A parent or guardian must fill out the sports physical form prior to the student’s appointment. Sports physical forms will be available in the main office and on the PHS website under Documents.

Please place your ad as soon as possible for your senior. Only a select number of pages will be marked for Senior ads, so it will be first come, first serve. If you don't have the pictures, you want yet, for example, if your child plays a spring sport and you want to use a pic of that, please go ahead and purchase, and you don't have to finalize your ad until later. We ran out of room last year, and I want to make sure everyone that wants in the yearbook, gets in the in the yearbook.
